Delete Account

You can delete your data by using the Delete Account feature in the Account Settings tab on the Pixstory native app. Here is how to do it:

1. From the hamburger menu of the top left-hand corner of the home screen, go to Account>Account settings.

2. Press the delete account button at the bottom of the screen and confirm the request.

3. Log out of the app. Your account will be deleted.

Please note some data will be retained on Pixstory servers for 90 days to meet regulatory requirements.

If do not want to use this method to delete your account, you can request us to delete your account at feedback@pixstory.com.

Please include your username on the app and the email or phone number you used to sign up.

We will confirm the data deletion process has started and notify you once the data is deleted.
