“The Da Lakhvi Code” continues …….

The next email was again from Chachoji to Rashid, sent on 17 February, originating from an IP address in Islamabad, Pakistan. It stated:
Match ki jagah fix ho gayi hai .05 .000 .00 .05.7.03 .7
.0 .4 -7
Sabko bol de ki ground dekh lein. Players ko practice karna hai.
[The venue for the match has been fixed CODED
MESSAGE---------Please tell everyone to see the site and the players must have a dry run.]

Earlier, Chachoji was sending emails from a computer with an IP address based in Islamabad. But this email, dated 17 February, came from an IP address in Peshawar.
Curiously, the next email was sent on 18 February from a new ID. It was from puranamakan@hotmail.com and addressed to birthdXXX@hotmail.com. The originating IP address was again in Peshawar. This time the email was entirely in code. It read:

Readers can imagine how anxious and worried we all were, now that we were aware that a terror incident was imminent. What made matters worse for us was that the planners, who were shifting their location from one place in Pakistan to another, had conveyed the location of the terror strike in a coded message to the executors who were already in Delhi. And, here we were, informed yet ignorant. Delhi was about to be hit, innumerable lives would be lost, and the unit of the Delhi Police—the Special Cell—meant to prevent and detect terror strikes, although aware that an attack was imminent, was clueless of the details because it couldn’t crack a code.
