1. Anjaneyasana/Low lunge
stretches the tops of the ankles and feet, the sides of the waist, the hip flexors, and the quads. balance and concentration are enhanced. Excellent for cyclists, runners, or people who spend the majority of their day sitting down.
2. Trikonasana/Triangle
stretches the inner thighs, hamstrings, calves, spine, shoulders, chest, and hips while strengthening the legs, back, and torso.
3. Vrksasana/Tree Pose
promotes focus and concentration, enhances balance, develops external rotation in the hips, strengthens the ankles, legs, and spine, and calms the mind.
