I have a message for you. It's not easy to carry a developing baby, particularly as the end of your pregnancy draws near. It's common to feel bored or tired of being pregnant, so don't worry about it.
Let's talk about baby's Development - Your baby is about the size of a cantaloupe 🍈. Your baby's fingernails have grown to the tips of its fingertips at 34 weeks. At 38 weeks, their toenails will grow to the tips of their toes. (Prepare those baby nail clippers!) Your baby's limbs and legs are beginning to fill out beautifully, and they are getting fat all around. Your infant is capable of reacting to touch, light, and sound. Your baby's ears will be completely developed by next week. In order to determine the size of your baby, your provider will measure your fundal height at each visit. This is the distance measured from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus. (If your pregnancy is high-risk, ultrasonography will be used in its place.)
Let's talk about body changes / Symptoms - Aches and pains are normal throughout pregnancy, particularly around week 34. Lower back and pelvic pain are common in pregnant women. Your legs, buttocks, pelvis, and groin may hurt from the extra weight of your developing baby pressing on your joints. Additionally, the abdominal muscles that support your spine and back are being stretched and weakened by your belly, which is causing your center of gravity to shift forward. During their pregnancy, around half of women experience constipation. Progesterone is a hormone that your body produces in greater quantities during pregnancy. Your digestive tract's muscles and other muscles relax as a result of this. Food thus passes through your digestive system more slowly, which may cause it to become stuck up. Fatigue, Braxton hicks, vaginal discharge and leaking breast are some common symptoms.
Your To-do list - Consider a postpartum doula, Go shoe shopping, Try perineal massage, Reconsider keepsake ultrasounds and Know the signs of preeclampsia.
