Nicholas Pooran and KL Rahul took the center stage on Friday (May 17) in Match 67 of IPL 2024 between Lucknow Super Giants and Mumbai Indians, taking place at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

The swashbuckling West Indian and LSG skipper, after some steady show earlier, went bonkers against helpless Mumbai bowlers, and the way they smashed Arjun Tendulkar and Naman Dhir during the 15th over of their innings made headlines.

Arjun Tendulkar began the over, and Pooran welcomed him with back-to-back monstrous sixes. Then, after having a cramp, Tendulkar walked off, and hence, Rohit Sharma came as a substitute fielder with a big smile on his face.

Then Hardik brought in Naman Dhir, and he got the same treatment. Pooran greeted with another gigantic six before following up with a four. After that, he took a single, and Rahul made 29 runs off the over with a gorgeous lofted drive over long-on for another half-a-dozen.
