Simple habits makes us or breaks us. Here are a list of 7 EASY things you can start doing for your gut from today.
1 Early and rice based dinner. Eat anything that's rice based and complete your dinners before 8 pm.
2 Day 1 + Avoid anything that comes from a packet. This includes chips, biscuits or packet snacks. You can go can have any homemade snack.
3 Day 1,2 + Ditch refined sugar completely. Can have rock sugar (Mishri) instead.
4 Day 1,2,3 + Dry ginger tea 30 mins before lunch and dinner. Boil 1/4th tsp ginger powder in 1 cup water for 8-10 mins, strain and sip warm (not hot).
5 Day 1,2,3,4 + eating only 70% of appetite. Do not fill up your stomach, stop eating before it's full.
6 Day 1,2,3,4,5 + walk 200 steps post each meal.
7 Day 1,2,3,4,5,6 + add 1 tsp of ghee in each meal. Can be added on top or can be cooked into.
Slowly making all these changes will bring effective changes in your digestion and if followed diligently, will bring positive changes in your digestion.
