Where Aslam Chicken shop is today, 23-24 years back was a Chicken Shop, and Aslam in the evening used to sell his butter chicken by putting a small stall out of the shop.

It's been Aslam's hard work, and dedication that his butter chicken became hot selling, and he bought the shop from the Chicken Shop Owner, and since then Aslam Chicken has been Delhi's favourite Butter Chicken.

The Chicken is Tandoori Chicken drenched in Butter and Cream, and made with his secret Special Masala, which recipe we could not find.

The menu at Aslam's doesn't have many items, but they have kept it limited. After asking Rashid Bhai the reason for it he told me: "We have too much crowd and people coming from all across the city, and even foreigners come here to Eat at Aslam. The crowd is so much that it gets difficult to manage everybody in the limited items we have.
It's Allah's blessings, and the hard work of Aslam Bhai, this chicken has become so popular and we're happy with limited items on our menu and we just want to focus on that ".

Rashid Bhai also gave us some inside information and told us some politicians and celebrities often get their food home delivered from Aslam Chicken, as the shop is always crowded, so as to avoid the crowd.

Everything you find in Aslam is made up of pure better, except their Butter Chicken their Phirni is a must have too, absolutely tender and the light sweet makes soothes your taste buds.
