HERE IS MY HEALTHY DIET PLAN. ENJOY YOUR DAY GUILT FREE WITH THIS HEALTHY YET FILLING & TASTY DIET PLAN.
1 Empty Stomach ;
- 1 Glass of warm water with a spoon of chia seeds .
2 Brunch ;
- 1 Paneer bell pepper sandwich or 2 eggs omelette with mushroom and broccoli.
- 1 Cup fruit chaat
- Handful soaked nuts
3 Evening ;
- 1 glads cold coffee
- 1 cup makhana peanut chaat or bhel puri
4 Dinner ;
- Soya tikka / chicken tikka or grilled paneer / grilled chicken + veggies on the side and soup .
5 Post Dinner ;
- 1 scoop ice cream or fruit custard
- green tea
