Groping , fondling or inappropriate touching are all different terms with the same meaning Sexual assault ! Be it at the office , at home or in a public place , women often find themselves being touched inappropriately or being groped ; somebody might be standing behind and brushing against or sticking at the back ; some men might even try to touch her breasts or genitals ! All of these are examples of gross misconduct and it's a shame if people standing around let it happen or rather enjoy it by capturing the ordeal on their mobile phones .
