With just 3 cases, they made our building a contamination zone, blocking our whole garage and allowing no entry there. Though it felt like we were trapped, but I felt fortunate for getting help and attention from the government authorities. 

With the help of everybody, and a quarantine of 24 days I was back on my foot. Although my legs were in pain, but I was adamant on getting back to the routine and not let my weakness succumb me and my mental health. 

Irrespective of the extreme weakness, the room we were staying in, I made sure to mopp and clean after 3-4 days, somehow I felt responsible and wanted to take care of my mother and brother. Although my viral load was the highest, so was my will to get fine. 

I clearly remember, it was Christmas, and I was checking everybody's social media and their stories, and it was all LIT up around. Seeing that I felt a little low about being stuck at home, but I had no other option. 

Gathering all my strength I took a bath that day, and wore a red sweater, applied a liner and my red lipstick, and I was Christmas Ready at home. I made sure to make the best of my quarantine. 

When I think about that time now, it literally gives me goosebumps, as I have no idea how I even passed through that time because it was a very difficult phase for us, both mentally and physically, but somehow we all did it, together, positively and happily.
