Kobra Noroozi, born in 1932 in Kabul, she is the first female minister in Afghanistan. Cobra graduated from Malalai High School. In addition to completing her higher education in science in Kabul, he pursued other degrees in France.
Ms. Kobra has served as Minister of Public Health; her valuable work in this ministry includes the establishment of a number of hospitals and clinics in Afghanistan, the enactment of the Law on Genetic Drugs, and the establishment of a Family Guide Association in Kabul and other provinces.
Kobra Noroozi is the first Afghan woman to be a member of the cabinet of Mohammad Hashim Khan Maiwand, the then Governor of Afghanistan.
She was one of the prominent women in Afghanistan in the 60s and 70s, whose name is listed as one of the most famous women in the history of Afghanistan.
