Ageism doesn't exactly exist. Like come on, no one is ever turned down for a job because they’re too old! If anything, older people are favored because of their experience and age, it's us young people that struggle with getting jobs. If there's any ageism that exists, it's against the younger generation.

I can agree with sexism in workplaces, but ageism is too far of a delusion. Companies want older, experienced people. They only take them seriously. Young people are pretty much use and throw for companies.
