Anushka Sharma Shares Parenting Trick for Healthy Eating

Anushka Sharma recently discussed her parenting approach at a Mumbai event, revealing that she often tries to deceive her daughter, Vamika, into eating healthy foods. At the Slurrp Farm’s YES Moms & Dads event, she admitted to creating a "nice little bubble" to shield her daughter from unhealthy food temptations. Sharma explained that she tells Vamika some foods provide lasting energy for play and activities, while others lead to quick energy depletion. Despite her efforts, Vamika sometimes remains unconvinced, asking for treats anyway.

Anushka also recalled Vamika’s reaction during a visit to an ice-cream museum in Singapore. Although she told her daughter she could enjoy unlimited ice cream, Vamika ate just two and then stopped, surprising Anushka with her moderation.

On the professional front, Anushka Sharma is set to star in the biopic "Chakda ‘Xpress," based on cricketer Jhulan Goswami's life.
