We know that anxiety has been the leading mental health concern in today’s time. While there are different types of anxiety disorders, anxiety attacks are quite common with people who have either have a history of mental health issues or are suffering from anxiety.
An anxiety attack is when the feeling of anxiousness heightens to the peak level where it starts manifesting into physical symptoms and there is a sudden rush of strong fear. While they are not harmful, the symptoms can feel very dangerous. Sometimes people can get panic/anxiety attacks when faced with an extremely stressful situation, but repeated panic attacks characterize as panic disorder.
