Nobody believes anything at this point. The public frenzy says, “real pictures or none of it happened” “no evidence no Kate” “you mean her clone?” “how difficult is it to put out a real picture?” 

Kate Middleton has always been passionate about deep research involving children which inspired her to launch the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood in 2021. With the ongoing philanthropic work, one of the palace spokesperson claims, “The princess has been kept updated throughout the process.” If she is indeed "happy and healthy after a successful surgery " as claimed by the Royals, then why "quietly return to work?" as vague as it can get, right?

Reportedly, members of the London Clinic previously attempted to investigate Kate's medical records breaking patient confidentiality. Could this be the reason why the royals were forced to give out another vague statement regarding her work from home status before something more scandalous gets to the hands of the public?? 

Huge protests outside Buckingham palace have been seen asking “Where is Kate?” Why is the royal family even letting this havoc go messier? Do they really want more dirt dug up on the princess? Why wouldn't they put this problem to bed with a valid logical solution once and for all? Why even bother to circulate fake photoshopped family pictures and give out statements on her farm shop rounds? These simple doubts in the minds of the commoners can really question the integrity of the Royals. 

Is keeping tabs on something from home the same as returning to royal duties? Are the royals adding fuel to the fire by not giving any proper clarifications? What next?? A deep fake photo?? The conspiracy theorists won't give up and all we can do is to keep our patience and WAIT for the reality to come out.
