Progesterone, a hormone that causes acne, is abundant in eggs. Since your body produces progesterone on its own, ingesting more hormones might undoubtedly disturb your body's normal hormone levels. It is best to monitor your egg consumption because high levels of progesterone might lead to acne.
It can result in a salmonella infection. Salmonellosis bacteria, which can occasionally be found in raw eggs, meats, contaminated food, and water is something that you don't want. Applying raw egg on skin leaves you exposed to this infection.
Egg white personally didn't work for me. It caused me to break out and irritated my skin for hours following the application. It's also pretty ineffective on skin. If you're looking for tightening pores, I would say go for over-the-counter treatments!
