An alternate look at Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) funeral in Avengers: Endgame has been revealed. It's been more than two years since Joe and Anthony Russo wrapped up the Infinity Saga with their 2019 Marvel Studios film. The project also marked the end of the road for some of the MCU's founding heroes, including its inaugural one — Iron Man.
Five years after Thanos' (Josh Brolin) devastating snap in Avengers: Infinity War, the surviving Avengers re-assembled when the idea of the time heist came about. Tony was skeptical of the plan, afraid that trying to undo the snap would cost him the family that he found since the Mad Titan's devastating decimation. But, unable to sit on the sidelines and let his teammates figure things out, especially when he was able to easily crack how to do time travel safely, he eventually suited back up. Little did he know, it would be his final mission as he would willingly give up his life for the greater good.
Endgame ended with a poignant funeral service for Iron Man in the lake house that he shared with Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) and their daughter, Morgan (Lexi Rabe). Almost every single prominent MCU character was in attendance, and now, thanks to a post on Reddit by user u/bhadabhagni an alternate look at the scene has been revealed.
