Tiny treats with a twist: Baby Corn Elote! 🌽🧀
Ingredients:
20 pieces steamed baby corn
1 tbsp olive oil
For the dressing:
1/4 cup diet mayo
1/4 cup hung curd
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper or red chilli powder
For garnishing:
Finely chopped parsley
Vegan parmesan grated
Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. Grease the griddle or pan with oil and sizzle baby corn till it gets tasty brown sports.
2. Blend all the dressing ingredients for a flavor explosion.
3. Choose either a piping bag or a trusty spoon to spread the dressing.
4. Arranged the beautifully charred baby corn on a fancy serving plate.
5. Drizzle the dressing generously over every single piece.
6. Sprinkle some fresh parsley, grated parmesan and a hint of Cayenne pepper on top.🤗
