- 3 amla
- 1 cup water
- pinch of salt & pepper, jeera, ginger(optional).
Recipe ;
1 chop amla (remove the seed) add chopped amla, pinch of jeera, ginger and blend it filter and remove the pulp add pinch of salt and pepper mix well and we are done It can even be mixed with buttermilk
2 If you want it sweet just add honey to the plain amla juice .
