Clove, also known as laung in Hindi, is a spice derived from the flower buds of the clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum). These dried flower buds are used in cooking for their intense aroma and flavor, and they also have medicinal properties, such as aiding digestion and providing relief from toothache.
1 Helps with Acidity - You might be thinking that cloves are heaty in nature but to your surprise, It's a coolant. Thus, helps with Hyperacidity! During acidity episode, just keep one clove in mouth and keep gulping its juice.
