Bajjii( fritter)😇

Bajiii is the evening snacks in south indian. It's very simple to do it.Bajiii has a varieties😅. We can use pappadies and potato to make the bajii.. But among those, plantain is a famous and delicious one. The procedure of plantain is Just have a plantain and besan flour. There is no need to stuffed anything, instead of blend the besan flour with water and salt. And slice the plantain. Dip the plantain into that besan flour and fried it untill it turns out the golden brown. Then do taste it 😄.
