The World Bank’s Groundswell Report 2021 suggests that the ramifications of climate change could potentially displace around 13.3 million people by 2050.

Initiatives such as the Ashrayan project, launched in 1997, have provided shelter for nearly 840,000 landless and homeless families, cementing Bangladesh’s reputation as a “Role Model for Disaster Management.”
