•50g blitzed oats
•40g protein
•Mashed banana
•50g yoghurt
•Baking powder
•140 ml milk
•Handful of blueberries
Mix all the ingredients together and add half the batter to the dish al add in a tsp of chocolate spread then cover with remaining batter dol sprinkled some extra blueberries on top then baked for 15 mins
