Have it as a snack or salad🥗
Ingredients;
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 3 cups veggies of choice
( Cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, raw mango)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt as per taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Steps to follow;
1 Soak the peanuts for 1 hour, pressure cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame.
2 Into a bowl add all chopped veggies, along with boiled peanuts.
3 For the dressing, mix chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice and mix it with a little powder.
4 Pour this over the salad, mix well and serve.
