BRAHMA MUHURTA - The magical hour

Growing up I always used to see my grandparents waking up early in morning before sunrise . I used to wonder why they wake up so early? What happen when we wake up early ? Is it really worth it ?


Brahma Muhurta - the creators hours . From past three months I am waking up early one and the half hour before sunrise . Time period between 3:30 am - 5:30 am is the most powerful time to enhance yourself spiritually personally and professionally .

Waking up everyday during Brahma Muhurta helped me to evolve mentally physically . It is scientifically proven that it helps in boosting immunity system , increase energy level and sustain it throughout the day and also give clarity in decision making . And most importantly keep us Happy .

Things to during in this magical hour :

1. MEDITATION- Mediation is the best way to keep ourselves clam . It helps in relief anxiety. For me meditation has completely changed myself . Meditation also helps in sleeping peacefully and also improved my sleep cycle .

2. READING RELIGIOUS SCRIPTURES A D SELF DEVELOPMENT NOVELS - Brahma Muhurta is a peaceful period where no distractions are there and the best time to read peacefully and connect with our roots.

3. PREPARE OUR TO-DO LIST - The awareness level during the Brahma Muhurta is a the peak and whenever we have a clear list of task to be done . And having a handy list which consist of task helps to complete our task on time .

4.GRATITUDE- We should always we grateful of what all we have and achieved in life maybe relationships or posts .
