V, also known as Kim Taehyung, has taken the world by storm once again, but this time not just with his musical talent.
The K-pop sensation has been named as the new brand ambassador for the iconic French luxury brand, Cartier. The announcement sent shockwaves through the internet, causing Cartier's website to crash and a stunning necklace worth ₹22 lakhs ($26,700 USD) to sell out within minutes.
V's magnetic charm and creative spirit perfectly embody the essence of Cartier's iconic animal, the panther. Since its inception in 1914, the panther has symbolized elegance and has been a source of inspiration for founder Louis-François Cartier.
In the mesmerising snapshots, V showcased his bold and dapper style, effortlessly pulling off a shirtless red pantsuit paired with a striking blonde hairstyle.
He accessorized his look with Cartier's exquisite jewelry pieces, including a sculptural diamond ring, tête-à-tête panther bracelet, and the coveted Panthère de Cartier necklace made of white gold, diamonds, onyx, and emeralds.
The moment the news broke, fans rushed to Cartier's website, hoping to get their hands on the same necklace V had worn. However, their enthusiasm led to the website crashing due to the overwhelming demand.
Within minutes, the Cartier Panther Necklace was completely sold out, with only a few remaining in white gold.
