Budget focused on the bright future of the country, including real estate - Tarinder Singh
Chandigarh
On Tuesday, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the country's general budget. Some announcements were made for every section in the budget. But how did the common people like the budget? Did the budget meet the expectations of the common man or were the common people disappointed with this budget?
We talked to some people in Chandigarh about this, these people said that the budget is not a populist budget. But it is a budget connecting to the future. The government has made many such announcements in it, due to which the country will see a lot of progress in the coming years. The government has announced to build a corridor from Amritsar to Kolkata in which new cities will be built. This will provide houses to people at low prices. This will also give a boost to the real estate sector, says Tarinder Singh, President of CREDAI New Chandigarh, who is also the MD of Johnkey's successful housing project Manohar Infrastructure. When the real estate sector gets a boost, other industries related to it also get a boost. Apart from this, the government has made many such announcements which will also increase employment.
Industrial hubs will be built in 100 cities. Loans will also be given to industries.
Many important announcements have also been made for the youth. Due to which they will be able to get better education and many provisions have also been made for jobs.
Although the government has not made any changes in the tax slab, but all the announcements made are good announcements. The country will see progress.
