The public canceling and shaming of Rep Adam Kinzinger by some extremists in his family is saddening and a sure symptom of the toxic and insidious mindset that has taken hold in our culture.

Rep Kinzinger spoke truth to power and stood up courageously when so many others would not. The zero-sum gain of extremism leaves no room for real discussion, progress, or change.

Kudos Adam. History and humanity will stand by you.
