Honestly, there's not much I would like to change about Chandigarh, it is a fascinating city, from the infrastructure of the city to the people living in chandigarh. But if I had to mention something, I would want to decrease the cost of living, not just in chandigarh, but all over India. This sounds like a child's naive wish, but i truly wish for a change.
