“The Waking” delves into the intriguing story of an organization responsible for managing giants and another that opposes them. The series is the latest project by director Kim Tae Gon, known for his recent film “Project Silence.”

Choi Woo Shik has been offered the role of Jun Ho, a character who lives diligently while working in a cold storage facility. His life undergoes a dramatic transformation when he discovers a stone that grants immense power, causing his body to grow enormous and transforming him into a giant who infiltrates the organization.
