CHRISTMAS PARTY AT PLANTERS CLUB:

When I got married and came to tea, my garden member took me to the Bishnath club known as the Planters Club. Every Wednesday was known as club day, where games are played like golf, tennis, squash, and cricket are played some ladies played cards some learned flower arrangements I was into tennis, and my husband and other tea members taught me well.

After games high tea is laid prepared by garden ladies.

The club celebrated all festive occasions like Christmas parties, Diwali night, and Bihu celebration.

During Christmas parties, children dress up well for fancy dress competitions. There are games for children as well as for ladies. After the competition, Santa comes on the tractor, and the planters make sure that Santa is well-drunk, there is singing and dancing.  The evening ends with laughter and a joke.
