You may recall the famous, Masterpiece Cakeshop, the subject of intense lawfare by the LGBTQ community and the Colorado government for their refusal to design cakes with pro-LGBTQ messages on them.

Now, the Colorado Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by them in yet another lawsuit filed against them, one of several they have been forced to deal with over the past 12 years.

Look, it’s not complicated at all, and the Colorado governments inability to realize this is astounding. Forcing a person to engage in certain types of expression violates the first amendment. Colorado is willing to disobey the U.S. constitution to appease the LGBTQ community.

It is absolutely unbelievable. But that’s the far left for you. The Constitution means nothing to them if its application goes against their ideals.
