First of all, Hinduism is not a religion. It is a way of life.
Secondly, RELIGION means Dharma (righteousness in English)
Lastly, Arjuna was fighting for morality, for the re establishment of the principles of religion, for his wife, against his own cousins and not because of people belonging to some other community or people who didn’t believe in his religion because as I mentioned, no other religion existed back then. Quran clearly states that every kafir (non believer) should be killed.
