Committee selection process was one of the most intense sessions I have ever seen in my life.

It was a two week long task started just a day after we entered the college. We all were in vacation mode but it was time to turn on the beast mode.

We had to fill the forms for the committee in a day. There were 12 committees and some forms took time as long as 1.5 hours. After getting the forms done there came the shortlisting process. Many students got rejected there and started losing hope.

Interveiws round started. Some committees had 3 or more rounds and they were scheduled one after another. We were in college from 8 in moring till 11 in night. It was a tiring process.

But we learnt a lot. We learnt a great deal about the patience, perseverance, prioritisation and committees(obviously).
