Competition is tiring. I mean it has affected our lifestyle in several uncanny ways. Like how many times we are compelled to be overpowered by jealousy, envying the achievements of friends, relatives etc. being flexed on social media handles and all.
We all have that moment of competition in our life when we tend to believe why him/her and not me. Of all the competitions in life, a healthy balance is required between the load/stress and capacity to handle.
Our capacity is challenged each day but we can manage it efficiently by managing the load/stress. First thing that we need to accept about challenges is that we must fight them well but not at the cost of health. Competitive lifestyle is in trend and requires extreme vigour and patience to withstand the pressure. So getting proper sleep and diet is also a must-factor.
A day has only got 24 hours therefore trying to find a balance between work and life.
