Congress State President Ajay Rai reached the house of Mangesh Yadav who was killed in a police encounter in Sultanpur on Monday. He met Mangesh's family and consoled them and assured them of all possible help.Congress leader Ajay Rai demanded a fair judicial inquiry of the incident from a sitting Judge of the High Court. He also accused the police of murder under the guise of an encounter. He consoled Mangesh's mother and father and promised to provide all possible help. He said that opponents of the government are being killed in the state. There is an atmosphere of anarchy in the state.
