Creatine loading vs maintenance phase?
There's isn't much difference between loading and maintenance phase of creatine cycle.
It'll effect in the same way no matter what phase you choose
But if you want to gain muscle mass fast then i recommend the loading phase
For loading phase
5 g of creatine monohydrate four or five times daily for 5–7 days is the most effective way to increase your muscle creatine levels. Recommended amounts may vary depending on your weight
And after this you can start taking the normal doses of 3-5 g per day for the maintenance.
