CRO Shimla Apprises Land Lease Issues to HP Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla During a Medical Checkup.

As requested, the Chief Representative Office (CRO), Shimla set up a general health fitness checkup for His Excellency Shiv Pratap Shukla, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, by Dr. Jampa Wangmo, the Director of the Shimla Men-tsee-khang (Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute) branch, at Raj Bhawan on 3 August 2023. A similar medical examination was performed on 9 May 2023 for Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla.

During this, CRO Tsewang Phuntsok apprised His Excellency of the long pending land lease renewal and other land lease issues of Tibetan settlements in Himachal Pradesh and sought his guidelines and help to sort out all these land problems. He further briefed on the constitution of the Advocacy Committee to resolve the above mentioned problems as directed by the Sikyong Penpa Tsering during his recent visit to Shimla.

His Excellency introduced his Secretary to discuss and understand the issues holistically.
