Sometimes I am asked this question? How is it to dance?  

Well. Dancing is part of my life. Part of my body. Part of my being. It is like I sleep at night and get up in the morning as a natural process.
Dance is part of be for more than 25 years now. I am a dance student and a dance teacher and, well, a dancer.

I wake up in the morning and go through the daily chores and once I am done with all those works, including cleaning up my house, I am ready for my dance. I do half an hour of meditation. Then I do yoga and go about with my dance routine.  

I feel so happy to continue with my mission, my journey. I am also glad that real Indian culture is coming to Japan!
