The White House recently made a move in order to get Americans vaccinated.
The US government is incentivizing the vaccination by partnering up with Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, OkCupid, and other dating apps like Badoo, BLK, Chispa, Match and Plenty of Fish. For instance, on Tinder you could get a free ‘Super Like’ for adding a sticker to your profile
OkCupid said that people who showcased their vaccination status will increase their probability of getting a match by 15%. If you add a ‘I'm vaccinated’ badge to your profile, you get a free Boost that offers better visibility. They will also add a ‘Vaccinated Stack’ later in June with profiles of users who have got the jab.
So far, just over 60 percent of adults have received at least one vaccine dose, and just under 50 percent of adults are fully vaccinated, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
