Day 4
Delve into the nutritious bowl of quinoa or Oats topped up with colorful seasonal veggies. Choose among bajra, ragi or jowar roti which is paired with bhindi, okra and dal. For dinner you can cook chickpea fry along with stir fried winter greens.
Day 5
