Compounds
Difference between compound and isolation exercises!🔥
Now, I want to make something clear here.
For the best results,
in my opinion,
it's best to combine both compounds and isolations.
I like to look at it as 80/20.
- 80% of my time spent in the gym is compound (strength) work. - and 20% is isolation (cooldown / muscle building) work.
Most beginners do it the other way around.
Same as I did when I first got into the gym.
1. I would go into the gym, 2. look for a free pair of dumbbells,
3. and start curling in order to get a pump.
Literally that.
And I wondered "why am I not getting the results"
I thought that's how you're supposed to train.
Looking back at it now, I can't believe it.
But I understand there are people right now, in the same situation I was in back then,
and I don't want you to be there.
If I can shortcut your path only by little, I'm good. I'm serving my duty.
So, do me a favor.
Start getting strong.
Strength is the way out.
It'll build the foundation for everything you'll do later.
And thank me later. Or don't. It's up to you.
I just want you to be on the right path.
Strength path.
Are you with me?
