You may have heard it from people around you. Like, "Oh, she's married now so she will gain weight." A lot of people are under the impression that hormonal changes from sex make you gain weight. However, it's not true.
There's no scientific evidence that sex causes weight gain. In fact, on the contrary. Like any other cardio activity (like running, walking, etc), sex burns calories.
Does that mean sex makes you lose weight?
