Dr P. N. Tandon, an Emeritus Professor with advanced taining in Neurosurgery from London, Norway and Montreal (Canada), after a short professorship in KGMC Lucknow, finally founded the Neurosurgery Department of AIMS. He has accomplished many complex brain surgeries, critical neurological research on national and international forums and is currently guiding science and research policy.
