FORWARD-LOOKING STRATEGIES- For a temporary solution you can avoid the person, place or a ring which is causing stress or harm.
POSITIVE SELF TALK- Practice on positive talking and check in with your feelings regularly.
CALLING UPON OUR BEST SELF- Ask yourself "What would my best self do?" When in moments of agitation it can be effective to align our emotions with oru values.
