I learnt that the endless bliss can be enjoyed when we lose ourselves unto the ecstasy of realisation. Life has got many rules:
Rule No. 1: Break free and release yourself from the bondage of attachments. Chaitanya Charan Das, the monk who’s been linking science with spirituality carefully mentions that “Attachments are like a rented house that we don’t usually leave unless we are evicted.”
Rule No. 2: Deal with the inevitable and let the adversities mark your presence when you direct them to be your opportunity to shine brighter. Do not focus on what if factors, instead direct yourself towards what you can make out it outcomes. Remember you have it all.
Rule No. 3: Practise tolerance. By tolerating, I don’t mean that we need to give in to the situation but fight back with resilience and bearing all the odds.
Rule No. 4: Forgiveness should be cultivated. Free yourself from the misplaced guilt and put aside that heavy backpack of musings and grudge. Understand the sublime principle of loving service and keep working without animosity towards any person.
Rule No. 5: Follow discipline and rules but never bother yourself with the long list of restrictions that life offers. Make your way and be gentle and creative in your ways. Remember you have a life to live and not just survive.
The monk had a great impact on me and I was rejoicing with joy and bliss for the Almighty.
How to shudder off that feeling of gratitude that I was still alive to be with my parents who kept me in their care.
I can’t thank enough to God who gave me the strength to sustain all injuries and ailments coming out much more powerful (and passing my board exams with flying colours!) after an yearlong of medication without sulking on my fatal condition.
In the end I just feel that one always needs to be through the obstacles to come back with much more resilience to go on a journey of self-discovery and awakening.
Now, look to this day and enjoy the breath of life which encompasses the ethos of divinity within.
