Ever heard of the cases in which a doctor refers a patient to consult an eye specialist in case of a headache? But why an eye specialist when the issue is in the head? It's because the cause of the headache is basically eye strain, and has nothing to do with the head.
By using the above example, I want to explain that sometimes the cause of a problem is not what you think, so to find a solution, you need to first identify the actual cause of it. Now, the fact that we don't even care about some of our problems, and just accept things as they are instead of solving them. These problems are sometimes the actual cause of the bigger problems that we face, but don't realise they are. Let me explain this with an example. Suppose there is a student named Ajay. He failed his final exam, and the reason he stated was that he was unable to concentrate in class for a longer period of time. Why? because his attention span got reduced due to scrolling down shorts and reels for hours, viewing different content every minute. But why did he waste hours on such things? Because he lacked discipline, which may again be traced back to not taking his parents' scoldings and teachers' guidance seriously.
Now, what I want to say is that even a small thing, which we generally don't pay attention to, may be the actual cause of the problem you are facing. Even your bad mood on a particular day may have some connection with the cleanliness of your room, your bad health before an important day may be due to your unhealthy eating habits. It's all about finding the actual cause, working on it, and keeping the future consequences in mind before doing anything.
