Tailbone pain, also known as coccydynia, is discomfort or pain in the coccyx, the small triangular bone at the base of the spine. It can result from various causes such as trauma, prolonged sitting on hard surfaces, childbirth, or infections. Tailbone pain can range from mild to severe and may be acute or chronic.
Here are some exercises;
1 Kneel and twist - 3 times each side. Hold for 10 seconds.
2 Cat & camel - 5 times up & down. 5 seconds hold.
3 Child pose - 5 times. 10 seconds hold.
4 Lying twist - 5 times twist both the sides. Hold for 5 seconds.
5 Half cobra pose - 1 minute relax and smile.
