There is something called Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) as part of Waste Management Rules wherein any production company needs to ensure that it arranges proper disposal of its products' waste or end of life remains.

If state run or centre run companies, in this case, Amul, haven't yet started doing it, what to expect of others ?
