Another big win for the pro-life, pro-America, and anti-lawfare movement.

Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, filed lawsuits against 11 pregnancy centers across the state for fraud, deceptive business practices, and false advertising. But why? Because they promoted an abortion pill reversal procedure, where a woman who take the abortion pill - which is a two step process - take a different drug in place of the second drug to ensure the baby can still be born.

Now of course, promoting an anti-abortion message is blasphemy to far left democrats like James. That’s why she threw the book at them, so that she could score cheap political points by prosecuting innocent, god-fearing, pro-lifers.

But now a federal judge has blocked James from enforcing any of her proposed draconian rules against them on the grounds that it violates their freedom of speech.

There’s no doubt that James will appeal this and continue her reign of terror against any person or organization who has different political opinions from herself. But people fight back, and guess what, they can win.
